TrueCompass is a community with members who learn together, grow together and make impact together. We offer 4 types of membership:
- Guest member
- Personal Certified TrueCompass member
- Company Certified TrueCompass member
- Business partner
Guest member
As a guest member you have access to our masterclasses and other community events. You will be informed about our activities and we can ask you for roles as co-trainer or head-trainer in your own specialism.
Personal Certified TrueCompass Member
As a member of the TrueCompass team you are an independent consultant, coach or trainer. You strive for perfection in everything you do. At the same time you are comfortable with the knowledge that you are, and always will be, imperfect.
You love to grow in both professional skills as in self-awareness, both in a more academic way, as well, as in a practical way. You are down to earth and you are aware of spirituality.
You have a bachelor or a master degree in behavioral sciences, business-engineering, sports, antropologie or likewise with special interest in human behavior. If you do not have the degree but you have the skills and knowledge to work in a bachelors level you are welcome as well. We value knowledge, skills and behavior above degrees.
You are in sync with yourself.
Onboarding
To become a certified TrueCompass member you will need to follow the TrueCompass masterclass.
After the masterclass you decide whether you want to continue your membership.
You can decide to follow the accreditation program so you can use the TrueCompass label. As a certified member you have the obligation to follow or deliver 4 workshops and 4 intervision sessions per year with other members.
You get the right to use the TrueCompass model and certification. You get a network of likewise professionals to work with.
You get support in your acquisition for new clients and we create a support organization around you.
The next TrueCompass masterclass is planned on June 18th 2026.
Company Certified TrueCompass Member
For training agencies and consulting firms we offer a company certified membership. If you have more two personal memberships in your organisation you can opt in for a company membership.
