Founder
Arco studied Business engineering at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. Graduated in 1993. He started his career at Hercules Chemicals in inventory management. Moved to TopStart in a recruitment consultancy job. When he followed several trainings he discovered that he wanted to be a training professional. In 2000 he started Arco Kats Training & Advies. From 2006 until 2010 he also teached at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in strategic and project management. In 2013 he started HetTrainingsbureau Cooperatief UA. In 2023 he left HetTrainingsbureau to focus back on his own agency. In January 2026 he has started TrueCompass.
As a training professional Arco is described as a creative and kind person with great kowledge about training, leadership and business.
