A World of Understanding

With MapsTell, you gain insight into your own behavioral preferences. Are you more introverted or more extroverted? More task-oriented or more people-oriented? Your preferences determine how you perceive the behavior of others around you.

Get to know yourself better, acknowledge your own preferences, learn to recognize the preferences of others, and build powerful connections.

Through a questionnaire, you will find your place in the World of Difference. This is the place where you feel most at home in terms of behavior. It is where you gain energy, and the behavior associated with this place seems to come naturally to you. However, you can travel to other areas as well. That is outside your comfort zone.

Individually or as a Team

You can take the MapsTell training individually, where you gain valuable personal insights. When participating as a team with colleagues, differences in behavioral preferences become even more visible. It is precisely the connection with people who have different preferences that makes this training so powerful.

Suddenly, behavior that once seemed difficult or irritating is no longer something to be frustrated by. Instead, you become able to recognize and describe it simply as different, with its own strengths and challenges.

Whether it concerns Dominant behavior, Influencing behavior, Conscientious behavior, or Steady behavior, every preference comes with its own qualities and potential pitfalls.

Based on DISC

The MapsTell framework is built on the foundation of DISC, a framework that has been used successfully for many years to map and understand behavior.

Worldwide, DISC is the most widely used methodology for identifying and describing behavior and behavioral preferences.

It provides neutral, non-judgmental language that makes it much easier to discuss differences without judging one another. Behavior is something you do, not who you are.

DISC was developed nearly a century ago by Professor Marston, and it has proven its value in countless organizations and environments.

About 15 years ago, MapsTell introduced the World of Difference, a visual representation of DISC that enables innovative and engaging ways to better understand both your own behavior and the behavior of others.
